The journey began with insightful interviews, including a deep dive into the integration of mindfulness in Tai Chi, featured in the first episode. The initial season predominantly features these engaging interviews, offering listeners diverse perspectives on mindfulness.

As the podcast evolved, Chris teamed up with his friend, colleague, and former collegiate roommate, Burke Lewis. Together, Chris and Burke shifted the format to lively discussions on a wide array of topics, all approached with a mindful perspective. Their conversations blend knowledge, humor, and mindfulness, providing listeners thought-provoking insights.
